General Policy:

  • We accept Return & Exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • Iteams must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Refunds will be issued within 7 days after your return is received at our warehouse.

Exchange Policy:

  • Depending on stock availability, exchanges can be done for product or size variations.
  • Shipping is free for one exchange. For any additional exchanges, the buyer will be responsible for paying the shipping fees.
  • once we receive the product, the placement will be processed within 5-7 working days.

How To Initiate Exchange:

  • We will provide the exchange address and verify Exchange eligibility.
  • A promo code will be sent by email or WhatsApp as soon as the item is received and verified.
